Our Team
Our staff are highly qualified Behavior Analyst and Behavior Assistants or Registered Behavior Technicians. Behavior Analyst are master level clinicians who hold either BCBA, BCaBA, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW credentials.
Our assistants/RBT's have passed a 20-40 hour behavior therapy course to conduct services required by Florida Medicaid.

Behavior Analysis Therapy
- FUNCTIONAL BEHAVIOR ASSESSMENT: An assessment is conducted to identify the purpose of specific behaviors​ and to help select interventions to directly address the problem behaviors.
- ONE TO ONE THERAPY:
Services are provided one on one with the child & family in their home &/or community environments, to assist where maladaptive behaviors are most prominent. Each family will have a team with a Lead Analyst and Behavior Assistant which will work collaboratively to improve the child's behaviors and living skills. Therapy can be up to 40 hours a week depending on severity.
- PARENT TRAININGS:
Parents will be trained on a monthly basis by their lead analyst how to effectively deal with maladaptive behaviors and implement replacement strategies to reduce problem behaviors and overall improve the child's overall quality of life.
